Our pricing philiosophy
Hi 👋 ,
Unlike most companies out their to make a quick buck, we don’t really align to that too well, and frankly don’t like to be taken advantage of. We don’t believe you should be either.
While other companies limit features to paid upgrades, we’d never do that purely because it costs us nothing in addition to provide it. It’s been built already, so why should we limit you and force you to pay.
Our pricing is extremely straightforward, you pay only once your usage starts incurring a cost to us, and there only two scenarios where that occurs, with the amount of responses stored and emails you send. That’s where we incur hosting costs and transaction costs and it no longer is viable to keep it as a free service.
This makes up a substantial part of where your money goes when you signup for a paid account, with the rest of it going to support and development costs. Which really is super cool, since all our new awesome features you get directly, and you know others can also make use of.
Very early on we decided to take on no outside money to make sure we are never forced to move away from this, and we have every intention to always keep this promise to you.
As it says at the top of this page, simple, transparent and fair.
